As a prolific live performer and recording artist, Jason Goldstein has toured and tracked with a diverse, world-class roster of musicians across genres. His extensive credits include performing and recording with major artists such as Macy Gray, Scary Pockets, Monica Martin, Cory Henry, Swatkins, Jennifer Hudson, James Blake, Haley Reinhart, Dylan Chambers, Casey Abrams, Max Frost, Goldford, and Louis Cato, and collaborating alongside top-tier producers like Sammy Witte and AG. Whether on stage or in the studio, he brings a deeply authentic, versatile, and soulful touch to every project.

His musicianship comes naturally, as Jason grew up inside the music. Raised under the direct influence of his uncle, the legendary artist Bobby Caldwell, Bobby’s distinct sense of phrasing, groove, and musical intuition became foundational to Jason's own artistry. After honing his craft studying jazz piano and composition in New Orleans—a program that deeply shaped his ear for arrangement and live tracking—he established himself in Los Angeles as a highly sought-after session multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer, and arranger, specializing in funk, jazz, and R&B.

Parallel to his active performance career, Jason is deeply committed to shaping the next generation of musicians as the Head of the Jazz Department at Campbell Hall in Los Angeles. Directing five jazz ensembles and the school orchestra, he oversees an expansive and vibrant music curriculum, sharing his decades of real-world industry experience to foster deep musical literacy, performance excellence, and creative growth in young musicians.
